Share a server with your staff
Access to a server is given through a team, never by sharing a login.
Set it up
- Teams in the panel: create a team and invite people by email. They get their own accounts.
- On the server, choose the Team from the server’s menu and save. Everyone in the team sees the server in their panel.
- Pick the access level for the team: Operate (view, logs, start, stop, restart, redeploy) or Full (also edit settings, files and secrets).
Who gets what

Access is per server: a team can own several servers, and a server can be moved between teams.
Good to know
- Billing, RAM and the subscription stay with the account that owns the servers. Team members cannot change the plan.
- Operators in the game are a separate thing: a moderator may run
kickin game without any panel access. See Make yourself an operator. - The activity log records who did what in the panel.
